New to this site so I am not sure how all this works. But my question is I have been dieting so far lost 11 lbs gained 1 back but overall I feel accomplished. This week is harder all I want to do is eat and its adding to my stress. All I am eating is veggies and fruits. Is it ok to just snack all day off n on with fruits or should I try to set aside a specific time and eat a cup of pineapples or whatever ? I am not sure if this new healthier comfort food is helping or making it worse? At my work everyone else does not eat healthy and our lunch breaks are a different times so I am smelling all this and its getting to me. I just am not sure if I don`t snack this way I wont stick to my goals. Thoughts and ideas please

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
