I HAVE LOST AND GAINED WEIGHT MOST OF MY LIFE. I HAVE DONE IT ON MY OWN AND I HAVE USED PILLS AND WEIGHT LOSS CENTERS. I CANNOT SEEM TO KEEP IT OFF THOUGH. I HAVE A GOAL TO LOSE 65LBS BY THE END OF AUGUST, BUT I CANNOT SEEM TO GET MY MOTIVATION BACK. I MET MY FIANCE ALMOST 7 YRS AGO, AND WAS A SIZE 4. I HAD TWO KIDS BACK TO BACK AND GAINED 100LBS... I HAVE LOST SOME AND GAINED THE PAST 5 YRS. IT IS FRUSTRATING B/C I FEEL LIKE I AM STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN, AND ITS HARD TO GET INTO A GOOD ROUTINE. I JUST EAT 1-2 TIMES A DAY MOSTLY.. BUT SOME DAYS WHEN I FEEL DEPRESSED I TURN TO FOOD FOR COMFORT, WHICH IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. I NEED MOTIVATION AGAIN AND TO STICK WITH IT AFTER I DO LOSE THE WEIGHT.
