Hi - I just needed to share this with you. I'm going to Florida next week to visit my thin in-laws. I have lost over 30 pounds since they last saw me at Christmas, and I am feeling pretty good about my progress with my overall health and wellbeing these days. I'm still fat and pudgy and all that, but there's a little less pudge and a little more muscle now. It's going to be warm - in the 80s and I'm sure the humidity will be there too. I live in the Boston area and it was snowing this morning, so this change will be great. Well, I was shopping online at Onestopplus.com yesterday and found tank tops that were 32 inches long. These are long enough to cover my big ole belly!! I'm so excited! My arms have always been flabby and there's nothing I can do about that except maybe lipo. I have decided that I am going to wear tank tops and expose my arms for the first time in years! That's how much I honestly love myself - weight, flaws and all. I'm finally at at place in my life where I'm learning how to be OK with who I am. It's hard and it's a daily struggle, but I'm winning this self esteem battle. Finally!

Hey everyone. I haven't been on here much lately since my father died and everything with the pandemic. I want to feel like I can contribute words that will give comfort to others but I just don't feel like I have any right now. But I got to get all this out. So this might be a long post. Thanks in advance if you read part or all of it.A friend of mine turned out not to be such a great friend...
