I haven't been here in along time. When I first joined this group I weight 232 pounds. I couldn't even look in the mirror. I felt horrible. I started walking 20 minutes three times a week which eventually turned into 4 miles a day. (although currently am not doing that>>>need to get back on that wagon) I currently weigh 190 and can fit wear size 14 jeans. Although I think size 14 is different from a a few years ago. lol. I was able to improve my health too. My high blood pressure is controlled with out meds and I also have less symptoms from my Fibromyalgia. I feel great and I am almost finished with school. I have been dating too. The weight reduction as totally changed my life. I want to lose another 30 by summer. Wish me LUCK!!! Blessings to all.
