This is so awsome. I have been over weight for the past five years. But not anymore. I use to participate in sports. But I got envolved with work and a new husband and quit all that. I then gained from 145 to 225 and it has been a real struggle. I was having some medical problems and decided to go see a doctor. After a good exam. it is clear I have NO illnesses. So my husband and I are going to start training on Monday for the Goba. The Goba is a 7 day bike tour. Were you camp out along the way. And i dont meany motorcycles. I mean bikecycles. I am looking forward to it. So the first thing I must do is to rid myself of the toxin build up in my body. then I will start a new Organic way of eating with fresh veggies. We have joined the Gym and will focus mostly on cardio and strength building for the duration of the training. Everyone please wish me luck and I will keep you all informed. If there is anyone out there with advice on this situation. please let me know. however it turns out that I wasnt going throught the change after all. Most of my symptoms I was having was do to over weight and stress.
