IVE HAVE LOST 30LBS NOW SINCE MARCH 7TH AND IT SEEMS LIKE IT IS GETTING HARDER TO WALK MY WALKING RUITINE I HAVE EVEN SWAPED BACK AND FOURTHEVER OTHER DAY SO IM NOT DOING THE WHOLE 5 MILES EVERY DAY BUT EVER OTHER BUT STILL WALKING EVERYDAY IN AND HOUR OR LESS, ADN DOING 200 CRUNCHE SNAD BICYLE CRUNCHES AND LEG STRETCHESECT... BEFORE AND AFTER MY WALKING STILL WATCHING WHAT I EAT KEEPING I THE 1000CAL RANGE AND SOEM DAYS NOT EVEN THAT DRINKING LOTS OF GRREN TEA W/O SUGAR AND WATER AS WELL, I AM JUST STILL FEELING BLAH, I WANT TOBE SKINNEY SO BAD AND WEAR NORMAL JEANS W/O ELASTIC WAISTE AND NOT HAVE THIS BELLY PILLOW IN FRONT OF ME ANYMORE, UGGGGGGGGGGG I HATE IT I NO IVE DONE WELL SO FAR BUT IM AM STARTING TO GET A LIITLE DISCOURGED RIGHT NOW. SORRY TO VENT ABOUT THIS I JUST HAVE ANOTHER60-70LBS TO GO AND I CANT WAIT!!! OH WELL THANKS FOR LISTENING ANYWAY.
