my 24 yr old daughter bought us memberships at a gym 24 hrs a day 7 days a week this was in feb I have yet to go to it how do I get myself motivated we make plans and I cancel them she is really upset with me because I did it again this week I know I will feel better once I go I am the heaviest i have ever been also just had my worst depression mental breakdown missed a few weeks of work for the first time so I know it would help mentally but how do I go its a nonjudgment zone but do they really not judge??/

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
If you want to give this gym that you are at a try, do it. I know how it can be. My school gym is full of the "beautiful people" and I'm the only one in there with an ass. But do it. You're not there for them, you are there for you. And remember that some of those people at the gym were like you at one time and look like they do now because they kept going anyway.
