I AM 34 YEARS OLD AND I WEIGHT 220 N I USE TO WEIGH 160 N NOW I AM TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT TO GET BACK TO WHAT I USE TO BE N IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO DO IT I DONT EAT ALOT N I DO WALK ALOT N PLAY WITH MY KIDS N STILL DONT SEE A DIFFERENCE MY FAMILY N FRIENDS TELL ME THAT THEY CAN SEE THAT IM LOSING WEIGHT BUT I DONT KNOW IF THEY R JUST TELLING ME THIS TO MAKE ME FEEL GOOD OR IF I REALLY AM LOSING IT BUT I NEED TO FEEL THAT I AM LOSING IT FOR ME TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT MY SELF AGAIN BECAUSE I DONT FEEL GOOD ABOUT MY SELF SOMETIMES I CRY TO MY PARTNER CAUSE IM TRYING SO HARD N I DONT SEE A DIFFERENCE SO IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGUSTIONS ON WHAT TO DO OR HOW TO LOSE THE WEIGHT PLEASE HELP

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
