Probably more bananas because they are cheaper. Other than that I have a salad for lunch and rice and steamed veggies for dinner. Is it possible that all that fruit could amount to too much sugar in a day? If exercise has any bearing; I get about 30min a day of casual biking and I am fairly active at work as I am a manager at a busy sandwich shop.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
