So my new diet involves a fair amount of fruit. Also I'm trying to quit smoking and that has me eating more fruit still. All in all I eat about six or so pieces per day. Usually apples or bananas. Probably more bananas because they are cheaper. Other than that I have a salad for lunch and rice and steamed veggies for dinner. Is it possible that all that fruit could amount to too much sugar in a day? If exercise has any bearing; I get about 30min a day of casual biking and I am fairly active at work as I am a manager at a busy sandwich shop.
