Well, it's my real full week on the diet and I have been doing pretty well. My question is how do you stop thinking about food? It is all I think about other than my boys. In the morning I am thinking about the next meal after breakfast. What does everyone else do to stop thinking about FOOD? I go for a walk and am thinking about what to prepare for dinner. I am so obsessed with food. Thats all. Sorry to ramble. Denise

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
