I attended my first exercise class and they were talking about various causes of the increase in the number of obese people. One major reason given was the computer, watching tv was another one. Women admitted to being on the computer from morning till evening only getting off for short intervals to eat, etc. The group leader said people should log the number of hours they spend sitting and compare that to the number of their awake time. I don't think I spend more than 2 hours total on the computer per day, often less. Do you think you spend too much time on the computer and what would your personal reason be for your weight gain? Supposedly "identifying" the reason helps to solve the problem." So I was told.
