Hi I am Christi and I am new here.I was wondering what are some of the more sucessful ways you guys are losing your weight.I had great success with a local diet center but cannot afford to go back.I am considering the lap band surgery.Would love to find another way though.
Looking forward to meeting everyone.I just need some ppl who understand where I am in life and maybe some suggestions on how to change. To be a support and get it in return. This seems a lonely road we are traveling.

glad you chose to join us. You will find much help here. To answer your question, I had gastric bypass surgery in October. I have tried every diet known to modern man and as soon as I went off them, I would gain all the weight I lost plus some more. But this is only a tool to help me lose weight. I still have to do my part. That is to eat healthy and to exercise regularly. I also am seeing a nutritionist who is helping to make sure that I am eating the right things while I am in this stage of my recovery.
