It is now 1am and I can't stop eating. I've eaten 20 perogies, 12 fish sticks and 6 freezies within the past 1/2 hour and I still feel hungry. I feel like I haven't eaten for a whole week. I just don't know what to do anymore. I tried thinking whether anything is bothering me but I can't think of anything. I go to the doctors on Wednesday but what do I do til then? I'm frustrated with the way I'm feeling (like I'm always hungry). Can anyone suggest anything? I can't stop thinking about food even if I try to fight the temptation to make something. All of this just started happening recently when I started eating more nutritiously. Before this, I was barely eating and when I did I was eating only junk but now I'm eating a lot of fruit and meat (good for you foods).

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
