Hi I just joined yesterday. I have yoyo dieted for most of my adult life and always seem to end up heavier than when I started. I have tried WW, slimfast etc. but with no lasting results. So I have decided it lots of exercise and a really healthy diet from here on in, what I am looking for is a group of like-minded people. So if you have never craved a lettuce leaf in your life or reach for the chocolate biscuits everytime things get hectic please get in touch.I am off now for my mile walk, I could be some time !?!
