Saw the doctor yesterday and all the blood work is great. Blood pressure is excellent, cholesteral is very good, diabetes in under control. I was able to reduce my meds and am on my way to minimum medications....if not completely off in a couple years. So, all the healthy eating and the new exercise has really paid off in health. I am MUCH healthier today than I was 3 months ago. With the new diabetes meds, I won't have to regulate my blood sugar by eating more often.. which means my weight will be coming down again. I'm so happy! Thanks to all of you for being there...this site is wonderful!
