I was talking to my Grandma and she was like just stop drinking the soda and the fast food. I was like I'm trying but its hard. It's like smoking you know its bad but you still smoke. Or someone who drinks, they want to quit but yet they take another drink. I just feel so frustrated with trying to eat health. I wish they wouldnt make these products that can harm our bodies!! My husband on the other hand is like 60lbs lighter than me. He can eat anything and he wouldn't gain a pound. But me I cab look at it and gain 5lbs. I would just like to know how to over come the soda and the sweet cravings??
