I went for a 2.5 mile walk today and feel a little better about myself. This is how it always starts but then I get unmotivated or depressed, especially at night and eat ALOT. I just hope I can find the strength to stay strong and stick with it this time. I am eating every 3 hours now, nothing after 7 and eating lots of fruits , veggies, and protein. Maybe this will work. ~Sarah~

I am the same way. I do good in the mornings but by the end of the day its over. Then I beat myself up about it and eat whatever I want for the next few days because I am depressed. Sounds like you are on the right track though. Good luck!

2.5 MILES-WOW. I wish I had the time, energy and ambition to walk like that. Glad to hear you're getting some exercise and eating well. Good for you!! Have a safe and healthy Thanksgiving!

You are a step ahead of me. You are walking and taking ccare of yourself in the exercise department. I started with a weight reduction plan in september and am doing really well but I still have no motivation to exercise which will have to start soon because I know I've been very fortunate to lose what I have. You keep on walking.

Good for you, its easy to start well early in the day then it goes to the dogs as the day goes by!

I have the same problem, but my witching hour is about 3:30pm. I get sooo hungry then. I also get in a bit of a funk about 3:30 too. Good luck. Denise

yeah afternoons are more murder on me than any other time of the day is, even its worse than evenings!

Great Job! I am doing the same things with meals. You are a step ahead of me with the walking. Good For You.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
