Does anyone have any suggestions on exercises (both for my legs which I can use but they hurt like h e double hockey sticks...LOL...and for my upper body) that I can do from a wheelchair? It seems that all the exercise websites that I find are for people who can do regular exercises but I can't. I can last for maybe 5 minutes at a time as well. Will exercising throughout the day to add up to 30 minutes really do anything for me? I'm so frustrated as I really want to start losing weight as I feel a lot of my problem has to do with my obesity but I just don't know what to do. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks.
