I have a major problem in getting healthy. I hate exercise. It stems back to a co-ordination problem I have and school PE lessons, in which I was always bottom. Since school I have had periods of going to the gym and even at one time was quite successful since I found a buddy to go with - I later put the weight back on though. I know I need to get past this thing to be healthy but I don't know how or what exercise to try. Has anyone experienced anything similar or does anyone have any tips?
