I'm trying to get more exercise into my daily routine. I leave the house for work at 8:00 in the morning and I don't usually get home until late at night. I live downtown sacramento, so I don't feel totally comfortable walking around home that late at night. Does anybody have any ideas how to fit any kind of exercise into a busy schedule? This might sound kind of ridiculous, but I'm really new at this whole eating better and trying to get some activities worked in and I'm just not sure what I'm doing. Thanks.
