Ok every one,, missy u didn't blow your diet ok,, I'm going to tell every one of you to stop your diets and read what I'm going to tell you and you all will do good ok,, first of all its not mostly what you are eating its how much you are eating like portion sizes , first of all cute out all the sodas and teas and any thinking drinkable with sugar. Drank water, if you don't like plan water put 1 tee spoon full of lemon juice in to a 8 oz glass of water, it will give water a taste and if you start drinking it a lot you will grow to like it, NO fry foods of any kind , bake all your meets or boiled it. cabbage is really healthy has a vit, k. A blow pinto bean is good has lots of protein ,The object to this is no white food, NO rice, no potato's no breads, natural fruits and veg, once a week you are ok to eat on thing sweetie,No eating after 6 pm if u do get a little hungry eat a peace of fruits and a glass of lemon water, last but least WALK every day stating out 15 min, and work your way to 30, trying to 1 mile for 2 days then 1 1/2 the next two day s the 3 and so one, and the best time to walk is after your last meal, walking is very important every day state at a slow speed then every day increase your speed, but u have to really put your will power in to it, The weight is not just going to fall off you just thinking about it or putting it off, Drank as much water as you can 8 glasses or more a day by the way I'm Kimberly, maggies friend :) ...
