How does anyone over come this? To actually get your body to tell you that you are full -- Instead of eating everything that doesn't eat you first???? I need to know - I tend to eat all day long at my job because it is a desk job and lord knows that doesn't help the butt area -- But I can eat chocolate, donuts, chips, have a fast food lunch and continue on in the day and can't seem to stop -- I NEED HELP!!
