I joined this community very recently, have been on here before around a year ago...but dont think i was really ready to admit that i was over weight. However im now actively losing weight...last two weigh ins have gone from 280 pounds to 271 pounds....still a long way to go..but on the right way. I am following slimming world programme here in the UK...was just wondering what others are following? what food plans are they doing? Also have any of you ever quite smoking and lost weight at same time? I have my quit day thursday and very nervous as want to continue with this weight loss.
