I have always struggled with my weight....and I have recently begun yet another attempt to take some off. I'm basically doing this by exercising and eating lots and lots of veggies- the way I've heard is the healthiest and best way to do it. I do awesome all day- and then at night I always mess up and defeat the whole day of work. Does anybody have any fool proof ideas of how I can stop myself from eating at night when my willpower has been all used up throughout the day?
