Did anyone watch Dr. Phil today about obese children. The following are ages and weights of these children. 2yrs. - 48 lbs
3 - 80
7 - 145 lbs.
You can go to this website where he has written an article on obese people.

you'll have to cut and paste to get there. Just some information to share.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I felt so bad for those children.
I also felt terrible for the mothers.
It was evident that ALL of the mothers suffer from serious obesity themselves. They are going to have to learn how to break that terrible cycle.
I definitely feel like the last mother should be turned over to child protective services. That was unreal to me.
I also agree about that last mom needing serious help and if she does not correct her behaviour her daughter needs to be moved away from her.
How do they live with themselves?
