i need to lose at least 50 pounds for two reasons. the main one being that i have started to have problems with my hip. when i was about 4 i was diagnosed with leg perthies, which weakened my hip in the first place. and now that i am 29 with a height of 4'10" and a weight of 197 pounds it has started to really hurt. the other reason is the hormone inbalance that is keeping me from concieving a child. does anyone know of any sites that might be able to help me with a low impact excercise program that doesn't cost a lot of money to join?
