Hello everyone. I'm new to these boards and was reading some of your posts (great stuff!). I went to the store today to buy some summer clothes which was depressing enough when some man and and woman wandered over to the plus size area. The man told the woman "Oh No! this isn't the place for you, this is for water buffalo" then he looked right at me and said "See? water buffalo!". I was shocked that someone could be so outright cruel to me for no other reason then my size. It took everything inside me not to burst into tears. Luckily for him my husband had stayed home with our boys. The problem is, I can't get his comment out of my head and I'm pretty sure he crushed a tiny part of my spirit. I got my two cents in but it wasn't all that satisfying. I just keep hearing "See, water buffalo"
