ok, just wondering I do this with a few people on here. I was thinking that I would post in the morning a daily food journal for everyone. I will start the post and at the end of the day we can journal our food for the day. I know it helps me keep on track maybe it would be a good thing for us all to do. That way if we are having a bad day we always have support and I know just for me I never want to eat anything that bad because I don't want to have to record it so maybe....
