Okay I am now really depressed. I even had a good work out session today with my trainor. We were talking about ways to lose weight and she brought up something so valid that I had forgotten about totally. STRESS alone causes weight gain. Okay, life is FULL of stress, MY life is full of stress. Having a son in the autism spectrum, family fights, NO VACATION ANYTIME SOON! Stress!! Stress means cortisol and more cortisol means more weight! So I could be doing ALL the right things and not lose an ounce. Ugh, almost like.. whats even the point?
