I've noticed lately that a lot of people are posting about losing weight and I just want to say CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who has taken the difficult (sometimes seemingly impossible) step towards a healthier life. These posts seem to be popping up more often than usual and it's so nice to see. I know that this website has been an enormous help to me and I've gotten so much strength from all the support. Since Thanksgiving, I too have lost 20 lbs. I really think that were it not for everyone on Daily Strength that it wouldnt be happening. I appreciate everyone who takes the time to write and share there thoughts, dreams, fears and realizations. I'm happy to be a part of this family and I just wanted to say congratulations to everyone who is losing and I also want to say to those who are just beginning the journey - don't ever give up on yourself. There is a new beginning for you waiting just around the corner and you'll find the strength to make it happen. God Bless.
