I am NOT one of those anti carb people.. i know we need carbs and they're really not a big deal... but it just so happens that high carb foods like pasta and baked goods are also high in calories... so that's why i'm upset that pasta and cookies is all i want right now. When depression sets in, I usually eat a little worse.. but this is insanely ridiculous... it's literally ALL i want to eat.. and it's making me feel better too. So.. do I sacrifice my emotional health to eat better or sacrifice my health for being a bit less depressed? (btw, we're kinda talking suicidal type depressed.. which really does put me in a pickle)
