Sometimes I will wake up feeling hot, eventhough I'm not under covers and the fan is on. I can't seem to cool off, even after taking a shower and drinking some cold water. Today is one of those days. I feel overheated. I'm also feeling like I'm a little "off" and my muscles are tired and I am irritated. I would attribute this to pms or something, but I don't have a regular cycle/rarely get my period eventhough my hormone levels are normal, so I can't track it easily.

I run hot all the time. I have plenty of fat to keep me warm so I just have always figured it was that but lately it seems to be more. Maybe hormones, Maybe meds. Who knows. I just keep the ice water handy and wear less clothes. I'll be in shorts and a tank top and everyone else will be in sweaters and stuff. I have a fan by my chair that I use year round. I think some of us are just warmer than others. If it is new to you though you might want to check it out w/your doctor. Have you changed meds or anything else that might be causing it? Maybe you even have a touch of the flu if you are not feeling well in other ways. It couldn't hurt to get checked out just to make sure everything is okay! :)

I am also hot!!!!! All the time!!!!! You could be going through pre-metapause. My OBGYN told me that your hormones may even be ok and you could still be going through them. It could go on for years I have been told. I am hot blooded too!!!! Not such a bad thing sometimes, but I am always waking up at night so hot. Hugs Denise

I get that as well. One thing that has helped me a great deal was adding B complex vitamins with extra B12 and folic acid. I also found that increasing my Vitamin D up to 5000 IU's have really helped with the hot flashes, and regulating the menstrual cycle. It took about month of adding these supplements for me to notice the difference. Hope this helps a bit :)

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
