Hi - here's another venting session. I am losing weight in my lower abdomen area, but my middle area where my ribcage is seems to just stay the same - I look like I'm pregnant and I'm not. There was a time when I thought I had a big tumor or something growing in there, but then I read about cortisol and stress and here I am. I love my body, but boy is this upper belly fat frustating!

I know it's frustrating. When I lost 100 pounds, I was disgusted with my abdomen. However, everything is relative. Did you see the Oprah video about the man who lost 400 pounds? Here's a guy with a serious abdomen problem: http://youtube.com/watch?v=TStyOk1aYaM

Hey Susan! I understand completely, but my problem seems to be more in my lower tummy... is there ANYTHING that you can do to make that less obvious?

My problem is also in my lower tummy. My upper stomach will be completely flat and my lower huge.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
