I have been saying for weeks that I need to be organized to loose weight. So I went and bought a lot of tupperware containers so that I can chop up my fruit and vegetables for the week in one go so they are ready to eat/cook without any effort. I also bought two 1 Litre drinkbottles so that I can fill them with water in the morning when I wake up and make sure they are empty by the evening! Someone suggested filling one of the containers with green tea and putting that in the fridge as it apparently tastes ok cold and is apparently good for you? Not sure about that, but will give it a go? Does anyone else have any ideas about being organized to help loose weight?
