I really need a boost. I've been working. A job I stand at all day running around hardly even sitting. I eat a salad for lunch and something healthy for dinner. Still in the last 3 weeks no change. I figured going from a stay at home house wife to a working woman I would make some improvements. But ya know what.. none.. not a single pound since I started my new job. I don't even sit at work. I seemed to have been doing better as a housewife. I just don't get it. I don't get to go to the gym near as much as I want and the days I do go... I'm too tired to do very much. I thought to myself maybe its muscle. So I measured... nope.. no inches lost either... AHHHHHHHHH.. I'm almost about to either give up.. or do something durastic.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
