I have posted a journal entry and I just want to see if there are others outside of my friends on here that ever go through what I am going through and anyone that has a diet plan they think would work best for soemone like me. Food controls me, everything I do everywhere I go and everything I think about. I eat and eat and eat and its starting to get the best of me. And I need a quick kick in my rear to get me started on something, I have all the idea in the world but the will power - NONE - I can't seem to be able to stick to something more then 5 min and then I am back at the cookies - I am hiding food from my family, and my co-workers - I need help and I dont know what kind of help I need. I just know that I can't go on like this.... I need advise

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
