For the past four months I have worked hard to loose weight,changed my eating habits drasticly I don't go to fast foods resturants any more and if I do go to a resturant it is subway (I love there turkey sandwiches). I don't get any condements put on the sandwich, been exercising,walking 2.5 miles three time a week and working out with the cardio dvd's,sometimes ta-bo and other times the biggest looser. I have only been able to maintain my 300lb frame. My son is a bit overweight aswell and we have been doing this together. He is gradually loosing his weight but mainly maintaining it aswell. I wanted to at least be another 14 or so lbs less by now. I've been thinking about having the lap-band surgery. I work at a hospital and it would not cost me out of pocket because of my insurance. I know about a handful of people at the job has had it done. I didn't want to do it this way I wanted to do it naturely. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I don't know if I should go ahead and have the surgery or just keep trying to do it on my own.
