Okay, I've been at this weight loss battle for a long time. I've accomplished a lot, but here recently I've noticed that my hips are getting BIGGER as I lose weight. It isn't just a trick of the eye because I thought the same thing. I have measured and kept track of the amount of fat there.. but they are actually getting bigger. And I can't figure out why. My mother says that my hips are just spreading naturally (I'm 22 by the way) because they never spread when I was a teenager like most girls. It seems as if my pelvic bones are wider, and I'm having to find pants that will fit these new hips of mine.. and well I'm frustrated! Has anyone else had this happen to them??? I've got less fat on my hips but wider hips. It just doesn't make any sense to me lol
