Hey Everyone: Just wanted to let everybody know that it doesn't take all that long to see results that you didn't even think about. I have been dieting and exercising for 2 weeks now, and have been more dedicated than I have in years. Even though I have only lost 9lbs. I have noticed a really cool change. I'm not sure if its caused by the walking or the strength training at Curves, but whatever the cause, I'm happy about it. I have a short set of steps up to my front porch, About 8 steps. For the last 3 years or so, my knees were so weak and painful that I had to turn sidways and go up & down the steps so I could put both feet on a step before I took the next one. If you aren't really heavy that probably won't make sense. But I found myself coming up the steps like a 'normal' person yesterday!!!! Just walking up the steps, like anyone else would!! Eight steps may not seem like much to most people, but it meant the world to me. Just wanted to share it with my DS friends.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
XOXOXO

It feels good to be healthier as a whole, doesn't it.
Keep up the great work :)
