Has anyone here tried Alli if so how did it work ?Any side effects? I am thinking of this and the Slimquick w/hoodia.

I've also thought of trying this, but havent yet. My good friend did try it and she said it did work, but you really have to watch what you're eating to avoid the unpleasant side effects. Let me know if you give it a try.

Will do :) think I am going to pick up a bottle and see how it goes.

I tried it and really didn't see much with it. It is very expensive and if you eat anything and I mean anything that has added fat you will be in the bathroom all day and or night, believe me!!! PS: Not a pleasant site either. I stopped using it. Good luck in your decision. Hugs Denise

My doctor reccommended I not use Alli. The reason: bad side effects. It takes that fat out of your body. So if you eat any fat, or too much fat, you can have diarehea; sometimes unexpected and uncontrollable. It will probably be fine if you control your fat intake.

I'm not willing to take the chance on surprise poop! Maybe some dry mouth or something but anything that ya gotta keep extra bottoms handy doesn't seem like a good idea to me. That is just my own personal opinion though.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
