I'm out of ideas and could use some suggestions! I'm a Rn and I work 12 hour midnight shifts 3-4 days a week! I've been doing that now for 5 years. My life schedule is so scewed up! My eating schedule is the most screwed up of all! I've tried to lose weight so many times but fail after a few weeks when it becomes so difficult for me to keep up. Does any one have ony suggestions! I Need Help!I'm ready to lose!
