Well, I need some help. I have been walking about 5 miles Mon. thru Friday this is my 4 th week and I am also doing WW. I have not lost very much weight at all about 3 pounds. What is going on? I know I am 37 but I would have thought that the weight would start dripping off of me being that I haven't done any kind of consistant excercise in a long time. I am not giving up, but just wondering if anyone went through this and then all of a sudden saw a huge dip in the scale. Hugs Denise

let’s not let virus snobbery become a thing. I think it’s normal for people to be concerned, and the normal levels of validation and support are still needed. If you fight anxiety it gets worse. Acceptance and strategies for coping are still the best thing.
