Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone else feels like me.... I really don't think I eat very much. I am doing weight watchers and am doing ok with it. I did start walking and have seen most of my results by just walking about 5 miles a day. Does anyone think that their weight issues are from just lack of excersize???? I think that is my problem and just was wondering what others thought. Truthfully, I would rather walk 5 miles a day and eat a little bit more than restrict myself soooo much. Hugs Denise
