I've been on weight watchers for several years, the program works,if you work it. Just like any other program. My problem has been that, I have over 100 lbs. to lose and that just blows, my mind, because,I feel it is impossible. My weight watcher instructor, told me to go in 10 lb segments, I was going in 20lbs segments and was, discourage because I never reached my first 20 segment without, being discouraged . This time it is working ! I started 2 weeks ago, last week I lost 4.2 this week, 2 lbs. The trick is to write EVERYTHING you pot in your mouth. They have a saying, bite it, you write it. I stil need to drink all that water! Think I'll zero in on that this week.

I go by 10 pound segments. Every 10 poo\unds I say I lost a sack of potatoes. I need visuals. Sounds like you are doing well. I too have another 100+ to lose. So far since September I have lost 49 pounds. I follow a calorie and carb counting weight loss plan. I don't call it a diet because to me those are temporary. I'm trying to change my lifestyle. I was diagnosed with diabetes and that changed my whole view on eating. I wish you the best and I wish you well. vickie

Ten pound segments is good because the scales always want to get stuck by the numbers ending in zeros, at least mine does! Congradulations, you are off to a great start!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
