Almost every time I have successfully lost weight, it was because I was excited over a new diet. THen when I regain the weight, I am not able to recapture that excitement, so do not stay on the diet more than a day or two. Now my brain is a swirling mixture of what I should and should not eat. Instead of taking the best from each and coming up with a super diet, I end up not getting the advantage of any of them. I wish I could just only eat when I am hungry and then just enough to get full. Sounds simple--yeah right!
