I don't know how else to find out if this is normal or not...but I've really stepped up my exercising in the last two months and recently added the running and calorie counting. I by no means go too low on my calories. That is just the background....My question is has making a lifestyle change changed your monthly visitor. Sorry to get too personal for anyone here....but I am on the pill and have always gotten it when I was supposed to. This month it is here over a week early and has me feeling just rotten. Has anyone else exeperienced this?
