Hi all... I am looking for some suggestions on various healthy snacks to keep around the house. It is going to be my first change to losing weight. I want no more chips, cookies, ice cream and chocolate in the house but I need alternatives that are comparable for the family. I figure if I start a list and collect piles of available snacks, I'll/we'll eat those instead. Any and all healthy snack suggestions would be greatly welcome and added to my "list." Can't wait to keep checking with everyone..
