All of those small choices add up to helping us succeed and accomplishment- no matter how small- should be celebrated. I think we all get caught up in looking too far forward when successes are right in front of us.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
This way i don't get upset when i feel like I am so far from it.
I plan on just making little goals of either 5 or 10 pounds (depending how many pounds I lose per week)
Also I have been trying to sneak in veggies. like if I get subway i get extra lettuce cucumber and tomato just so I get some veggie servings. (I have to try some more sneaking in of the veggies haha)
as for throwing out my chocolate NEVER! (but I did switch to only dark and only one piece) :P

There is chocolate here but none with nuts & caramel! Not allowed!
I haven't had diet pop since Sunday! and it is now wednesday! I told myself i can have them on friday and saturday (or a special occasion)
I am literally addicted so I am glad I am doing good on that YAY!
