I'm 39, soon to be 40 and I weigh nearly 240. I had two abdominal sugeries so my midsection is mush- and I was wondering if there were any ladies out there that had lost a lot of weight around my age- and if so- how did you skin "bounce back" or not? I'm not going to let that interfere with my weight loss efforts- but I was wondering if anyone could give me a frank and honest answer about skin sagging and losing weight. I plan to exercise as much as I diet so I know that will help, but really, what's the scoop on losing lots of weight and sagging or flabby skin?
