Hi, Fitday.com is a calorie counter that in addition to calories, also tracks other nutrients in food. It can keep you on track for vitamins, mineral, protein, etc. They have major brands and flavors for packages foods as well as whole food stuff. Once you put in your weight, height and activity level, I think is customizes your needs? Not really sure, just heard about it from my sister. Anybody know anything about it? It seems like a good tool, but maybe not worth the time? I don't know...
